Parents, Coach Case has designed a workout Program for Elementary Student Athletes to do while at home and for the "Summer Break". These is very good way to stay in shape and Mentally stay fit.
Parents, here are the workouts:
Set up as a 3 day workout- But for highly active students, this is fine to do every day. If this is too easy for the student, Mom/Dad/Guardian can increase the time of each set by 15-30 seconds.
