Parents, here is a designed workout Program for Elementary Student Athletes to do while at home and for the. These is a very good way to stay in Shape and Mentally stay fit.
Set up as a 3 day workout- But for highly active students, this is fine to do every day. If this is too easy for the student, Mom/Dad/Guardian can increase the time of each set by 15-30 seconds.
